Profilex Spacers, a wholly owned subsidiary of the NEDEX Group represented in the UK and Ireland by Ashton Industrial, has secured a contract with Russia’s leading insulating glass manufacturing group to supply over 20 million metres of Warmedge spacers to factories in over 25 locations.

The highly attractive spacers are extruded from a special UV-stabilised PVC compound, similar to uPVC window frame polymer, with a bonded gas barrier film backing.

Profilex have certificates from the Rosenheim institute in Germany where measured PSI value according to test guidelines WA-08/1 measured as a double glazed unit in a plastic frame is 0.033 W/mK
