NEW UNIX TWIN™ ARRISSER INCREASES EFFICIENCY TWOFOLD

Our grateful thanks to Managing Director of Vetroseal, Mr Eric Falisi, for permission to feature this video clip of his newly installed Ashton Industrial UNIX TWIN ™ in full production. The powerful machine has two throats allowing simultaneous arrissing from both sides by separate operators, effectively doubling output of arrissed glass for their tempering operation.

VETROSEAL Limited was established in 2000 supplying double glazed sealed units to trade customers and from the start enjoyed steady growth attributed to the high quality of products and service it provided, expanding in to a new 20,000 sqft factory 5 years later accomodating a new toughening plant, cutting table and soft coat edge deletion. Two I G U lines produce in excess of 5,000 toughened and annealed sealed units a week with a super fast service, even delivering Next Day for orders received by midday.
