Heavy duty precision tube cutting saws are available in the following options:

• Manual end stop, adjustment from a central position so no need for the operator to walk back and forth to set the cutting dimensions. Analogue measuring by measuring tape mounted on a sliding bar with magnifier lens, optionally with large digital readout accurate to +/- 1/10mm

• Driven end stop adjustment using precision servo/ stepper motors. Digital keypad size entry and ‘start’ command

• Driven end stop adjustment as above. Dimensional data transfer either on-line or via data carrier media. PC selection of cutting data at the operator position.

In all cases, the lift-lower operation of a fully protected saw blade is activated by simple push-button.

Workpiece clamping is fully automatic whenever the blade is lowered.

The saws come complete with multi-level racking arms for stock spacers and tubes.
