Permanent glass marking with the Synrad Domino DGM laser means you get a perfect, clear image permanently burned into the glass surface in under 2 seconds. It can’t smudge or be removed, it stays with the glass right through the wet grinding process and even through the furnace.

With the Domino DGM and WINMARK software, you can create as many logos and texts as you like using a simple PC and Windows-based drawing package. You can position the logos in relation to the glass with simple drag-and-drop, and you can size the image as easily too.

Automatic generation of bar codes is at your disposal, both traditional and 2D types, which with the relevant software link to your optimising and admin software, can generate and hold any amount of information relating to a specific glass or contract.

Lasers can be mounted on ASHTON fully automatic arrissing lines with an electrical interface which senses the glass and fires the laser each time a piece of glass is present. In manual arrissing set-ups it can be mounted on an air-float table for manual glass positioning combined with automatic sensing and firing.
