GLASSWERKS FURTHER EXPANSION IN CA

.

Randy SteinbergRandy Steinberg’s GLASSWERKS empire continues to grow and prosper, this time  with the installation of another very high performance tempering  facility which  will be fed virtually labour-free directly from cutting and breakout through a near-Jumbo ASHTON INDUSTRIAL automatic seaming and batching line.

The SEAMMAXX-PRO™ measures mixed lite sizes as they come, the sequence dictated by the preceding optimised cutting procedure, and automatically forms them into multiple-row batches after seaming. This follows the Ashton “Total Automation” concept which means after breakout, no human intervention is required until the finished batches exit the furnace for unloading.

.
Well over three decades has seen Randy build, expand, sell and acquire glass processing businesses to make the group what it is today, a highly successful and leading organisation operating something like ten flat and bent tempering facilities- many with Ashton seaming solutions-, four large scale laminating lines, numerous Insulating Glass manufacturing lines and countless other processing plant.
